FCC Grants modified extension

Over 50% of LMDS Licenses in the US requested an extension of license terms for periods ranging from 3 - 10 years. The FCC granted those requestee's an additional 4 years than the orginal period of 10 years. This is a great opportunity in the next four years for the LMDS market to finally take hold. The up coming 700Mhz. use could increase the number of users recieving wireless servicers and LMDS could provide the backhaul needed to keep up with demand from those users.
